Pretty Diff Description

Pretty Diff is a language-aware tool that compares code, beautifiers, minifiers, and parses a variety languages. Pretty Diff was designed to allow code samples from different languages to be compared, regardless of differences in comments or white space. The project currently involves beautifying code and then comparing their beautified products. In a future version, the comparison step will be integrated directly into the beautifiers. This will allow for a fully language-aware code analysis and comparison tool. The default mode, code comparison, requires two code samples. Pretty Diff has moved from community-driven dependencies towards custom parsers to achieve code beautification for a variety of features and requests. Each Pretty Diff beautification library has a minify function.
