The Presstimator is a job tracking and estimating software program for newspapers and commercial web offset printing shops. The Presstimator allows you to quickly create detailed and accurate estimates. You can print customized customer quotes, job tickets and invoices. Once a job has been completed, production data can be captured using the Production Actuals app. The Estimate vs. Actuals reports can help you start cost studies. The Markup feature and Profit Analysis reports allow you to track your bottom line. Multiple filters can be used to select jobs and generate Total Usage reports that include the time and materials spent. Shop Settings within the Presstimator database allows you to enter costs and standards in one location. You can load your Presstimator database onto a server to allow multiple users to use it. They can share quotes, print reports and schedule jobs.
