Summary: Overall, this software is the best fit for our small company since it creates many efficiencies over having a separate accounting systems and smaller companies tend two and is much more affordable.

Positive: Premier is considerably more affordable than comparable software. I appreciate that it only charges per concurrent user since we have many construction managers who only need to use the software once a month during the draw process.

Pros of the software itself are that it takes out double work from having your project draw process separate from the accounting process.

It is also a timesaver being able to have all of our entities under one software that has intercompany transaction abilities.

Negative: It does not have a single vendor center so if a vendor changes their address you need to change it in all of the individual companies you have.

Summary: We did an in-depth review of the various software systems on the market today and we are really happy that we ended up choosing Premier. Having an enterprise system where PM and Accounting functions are in one system cannot be overstated. We have run software packages where these functions are separate and they never go as advertised.

Positive: Premier has an excellent onboard team which is very important when transitioning while the business continues to operate. It is a very user friendly interface and it has allowed us to be better organized with our job costing and tracking.

Negative: There are some features around auditing that are not a big concern for our company, and so there are sometimes a few additional steps required to complete tasks but it's a very minor thing. As we grow, it is likely a good thing for these systems to be in place.

Summary: Excellent experience moving to Premier. In addition to the great software, the support throughout the implementation and going live has been top notch. Everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgeable in the software, accounting and construction.

Positive: Premier construction accounting software was easy to learn and implement. The interface is intuitive and should work for most people. Moving from Spectrum, on Premier our accounting is now more automated, takes less time and is more accurate.

Negative: Not much to dislike about Premier. It has done everything we needed and more.

Summary: Our experience so far has been great. JP has great customer service and responds to questions and concerns pretty quickly.

Positive: The customer service at JP is the best. Made the complicated task to switch over as simple as possible. We are a small company and this software is easy to learn and use. The job costing side is my favorite so far, the job dashboard has all the info I need to know about a job.

Negative: Software has so much to offer, it takes time to learn and utilize all of it.

Summary: 5-star experience.
As mentioned above, the support received from JP is incredible. If an option isn't working for your business, JP can customize the program to suit your needs.

Positive: The support received from JP has been amazing! I can confidently say JP has the best customer service I have experienced. Efficient and reliable guidance. Online Knowledge Base and MasterClasses are very informative.
Very easy system to navigate.

Negative: I really liked everything about JP. I've used multiple programs and JP is by far the best!

Summary: Worth the investment. Best of all, the team worked with us to build out a proper business playbook so we had SOPs that we could rely on.

Positive: We are a small company so ease of use was incredibly important to us. The system has very useful features that automate a lot of manual data entry. The job dashboard is my favorites as it consolidates the right info (accounting and job costing) in one spot and makes it easy to drill down. Chasing down liens and contracts is now a breeze with the built in automation and workflows that make it easy for external people to sign. Overall its amazing!

Negative: Change management for the team was a little challenging first but the Premier team helped us through this.

Summary: I would recommend Jonas Premier to any company that this software would serve, because of the excellent platform and customer service.

Positive: The customer support was the best I have ever had with any software over the past 20 years. Fast, courteous, helpful, excellent support.

Negative: Nothing I can think of, you want me to write more words, so here you go.

Summary: This software offers a ton of value!! It's modern, easy to use and industry specific features that are well thought out with great support.

Positive: Having all my accounting, project mgmt. and job costing in one place is awesome! It saves me time by automating the sub and change order agreements and sending it off for electronic signatures. Also the forecasting feature is easy to use and lets me plug in anticipated costs. The drawing management feature is a game-changer - it keeps track of revisions and make it easy to invite subcontractors and architects. Best of all - they have great support!

Negative: The onboarding process took a little longer than initially expected but we had internal change issues.

Summary: I wish it was this easy to onboard new software all the time. Our team is very excited to be utilizing this platform. It's keeping us organized and it makes us look like rock stars in front of vendors and clients.

Positive: The platform is extremely versatile and allows any team to easily customize based on preferences, internal processes and team objectives. Unlike other platforms we have used in the past, this one is fully integrated with accounting and project management, both having equal importance. The other platforms have typically skewed to either side of the business. It's intuitive making it very easy to use. All our team members (even our less tech savvy team members) have been able to adapt to this new system with much ease. Lastly, their integration process is seamless with amazing trainers.

Negative: This product would have received 5 stars for everything listed above. I don't have much negative feedback with the exception of pricing. It's on the pricier side (more so for smaller startups). But considering all the other options in the market place, I would say it's priced fairly.
