    Too much caution needs to be taken

    Summary: Was good in being able to understand but very stress inducing as I didn’t have a a safety net when I was starting out and it’s not accessible for people if they leave the office and need to do some additional work

    Positive: It’s easy to understand when first learning and the functions are quite simple. The icons make sense and with the right help should be fine.

    Negative: You cannot go back if you make a mistake you have to be extra careful in every situation but there is no room to fix an error which can be very stress inducing if you are just starting out. You have to make sure everything is done manually first before having the confidence to rely on it to do everything for you. A little bit outdated and the support system is not that great as it takes a lot of time for the help desk to reach out and help

    Old school medical software product

    Summary: we switched to Jane software which we like way better. If you fire them they lock you out of your data so be careful.

    Positive: cheap cost is about the only positive I can think of for this software

    Negative: not cloud based so updates are difficult. Not great for multiple clinics. Online booking is disastrous. reminders not great for texting.
    Hard to access remotely so doctors and physios don't like it
