    Summary: Carlos G is a big + for Poynt. Love the sleekness. Just doing some comparisons with other POS units, but Poynt so far remains our go to POS.

    Positive: We had a great experience dealing with the Canadian rep Carlos G. He is energetic, knowledgeable, and aims to meet your needs. It has been almost a year since we started using it, I really like the platform, however I've had a few hiccups along the way, which are more my fault in all likelihood in learning how to use and maximize the software -- it's coming along though. It is sleek and we get lots of compliments about the design.

    Negative: Poynt is a subsidiary of Elavon, some challenges in getting the right customer support but when you finally reach the right person, it is resolved very quickly. Learning the platform was a bit of a chore as this was all new to us, still learning.
