Portal Wholesale is an all-in-one wholesale CRM and B2B marketplace platform created to help fashion brands, showrooms, and wholesale sales teams manage their entire sales process in a single system. The platform combines CRM functionality, order management, Gmail integration, meeting scheduling, asset sharing, and inbound buyer discovery tools specifically designed for wholesale sales workflows. Portal Wholesale enables sales reps to manage accounts, contacts, orders, deals, and outreach directly from Gmail while automatically syncing communication, tasks, and buyer engagement into the CRM. The system supports seasonal wholesale operations with built-in linesheets, product catalogs, shipment tracking, order visibility, and integrations for Joor and NuOrder. Brands can organize sales pipelines by season, rep, region, or market while managers gain real-time reporting and forecasting visibility without relying on spreadsheets. The platform offers tools for scheduling market appointments, sharing tracked linesheets and lookbooks, monitoring buyer engagement, and managing wholesale relationships from prospecting through order fulfillment.
