    Excellent software for cabinet makers

    Summary: Polyboard was a natural choice. The software is a great tool for the beginner to advance cabinet manufacturer. Many of my clients makes changes after seeing their mistakes when viewing the almost realistic project mode rendering. I find the feature to output each cabinet to a seporate folder from project mode extremely useful, we do not have a labeling nesting software at the moment so large jobs can be separated by folders for ease of identification. This software is professional grade, it is extremely powerful and light weight on your pc processors. Once you have gotten the "hang" of it, you are ready to go.

    Positive: The easiest of all the cabinet software I have demo used. Customizable manufacturing method that saves tons of time on new project. Great 3d rendering. Support forum. No subscription. Project mode allows for the client to see what their cabinet will look like. Drag and drop in project mode. 360 auto rotation 3D rendering. Instant cabinet sizes update after changes. Ease of adding new hardware to the library. Customizable types of joints. Very precise dxf output in the pro PP version which I have. Output files to work directly on a cnc. Two method to output your files, (1) Every cabinet to individual folders from project mode, (2) all to one folder. Lots of pre-configured settings of major CNC manufacturers. Compatible with all cnc machines. Quick overview of tooling and hardware obtained in "print preview". Adjustable transparency of solid 3D view to see hardware location. Two additional 3D views "wireframe and hidden faces" for additional project checking and a lot more.

    Negative: A bit high priced but worth it, after purchase, 3 months of free support, beyond that, you pay. Their video tutorial lacks full details of how to fully use the software.
