Ployo is recruitment software with a built-in applicant tracking system and a live two-way AI video interviewer called Sarah. It holds every application, interviews every applicant, and moves them through your stages to hired, so the interview and the pipeline are one product rather than two.

Applicants arrive through a public job link, a bulk CV upload or a pull from your Gmail inbox. Each CV is checked against the role's must-have and good-to-have requirements, with the line from the CV quoted behind each one. Sarah invites every applicant straight away, on any device, at any hour, in any of 23 languages. It is a live conversation, not a recorded questionnaire, so she asks a follow-up based on the answer she just heard.

What comes back is a ranked shortlist. Each must-have carries a Met or Not Met verdict, with the candidate's own words quoted as the evidence behind it. Good-to-have gaps show as red flags. The recording and the full transcript stay on the candidate record. Automation only ever moves a candidate forward: Ployo never rejects anyone, and a person makes every decision.

Built for high-volume and enterprise hiring, from a single site to a group. Strongest in care, health, disability and frontline roles. It also runs retail, hospitality, logistics and contact centre hiring. Ployo asks about registrations and background checks and records the answers as evidence, but does not query the issuing registries, so verification stays your process.

Pricing is published in US dollars and charged on interviews rather than seats: 249 dollars a month for 60 interviews, 850 for 250 and 2,135 for 800, with a custom Group plan for multi-site providers. Hiring manager accounts are unlimited.
