    Quality ERP for Manufacturing

    Summary: We switched to this ERP to get away from an older, on-premises solution that was holding us back. It's been good for us and enabled us to accomplish things that would have been difficult or impossible on the old system.

    Positive: Tons of features. Customizable for most process needs. Can be customized to add functionality or integrate with other systems.
    Very stable. Outside of scheduled outages for updates, we've had almost no downtime in the last couple years.

    Negative: Sometimes too many features. Can be difficult to configure for your environment and processes. Some settings conflict with others and make it impossible to get setup exactly the way you want it.

    Support can be hit and miss. If something has to go to development to fix, it can take years. Yes, we have some tickets that have been open for years.

    Pricing model is interesting and a little annoying for our business. Leads us to pay more for this ERP solution when our raw material prices go up.
