    Not For a Small Club

    Summary: Very disappointing. There is very little opportunity to contact this company, no complaints procedure, and even the managing director does not respond to letters.

    Positive: We only wanted a booking service, and this was provided, although there was a lot that was irrelevant to our small club.

    Negative: Although we are based in the UK, much of the communication was in Spanish, even though we complained. There is no complaints process for when things go wrong. There is a lot of functionality that is far more than a small club such as ourselves would want. The application is not flexible enough to eliminate all of the unwanted functionality.
