Summary: In general, it was faster and more efficient in processing customers. And as a result, I received a larger salary.
Positive: I worked for a furniture company that provides home furniture assembly. As an employee, the program was very helpful. It contains all the necessary and necessary functionality, so I didn't have to use any paperwork, notebooks or any documentation. I have installed Planado on my cell phone and tablet, everything is kept in the cloud and synced. I personally really liked the checklist feature, when you come to a location all the tasks are prescribed what and how to do, as well as in the app we have to report and the client pays for the check.
Negative: Sometimes it was not very convenient routes to the client's place, because of that we had to spend extra time.

Summary: With Planado, the average productivity of our cleaners has increased by 30%. The delivery times went down by 15-20% thanks to quicker order distribution and GPS tracking. Overall, I would recommend Planado to anyone who is willing to upgrade their services and improve employees’ performance.
Positive: We have been using Planado for 7 months now to manage our cleaning stuff. Previously, our administrator had a hard time scheduling and monitoring multiple employees and it was getting worse as the number of them grew. Implementing Planado made this process a lot easier. Now, the admin can assign jobs on the fly and is always aware of the employees’ locations.
Negative: The app wasn’t at first welcomed by some employees, and one of them even quit. So we had to conduct a training session where we told the cleaners about the advantages of the app (like being able to easily access all the important data on the task and the customer and get support from the office). As a result, the employees got used to it, and most of them increased their productivity.

I would recommend Planado as it's user-friendly, compatible with mobile phones, and customizable. Not only that, but I also enjoy automatic reports that make it easy to understand the quality of the employee's performance.Positive: Planado was easy to start using after a small training session with our employees. Summary: As a manager, I have to make sure that our clients are connected with cleaning ladies on time and are satisfied with their services. We employed more cleaners last year and it’s become difficult to coordinate their work manually. Besides, there wasn’t enough proof and feedback about newly hired employees for us to know if they can damage the reputation of our company.
Planado solved all these issues. We get instant performance reviews, including accomplished plans, pics of the cleaned area and clients’ feedback right in the app. The app has also helped us find cleaning ladies that work inefficiently and take too much time to finish work.Positive: We had to fire several idle cleaning ladies. Planado has improved the overall efficiency and even resulted in higher profit.
Negative: At first, it took some time to adapt to the app since it has a lot of settings. Many employees were unwilling to learn how this works and preferred to ignore the app. We had to provide short training for them and set boundaries.

Summary: Previously, we might lack necessary parts on time because of the poor communication with other departments. Now we don't need to even talk to anyone because Planado automatically updates changes for all users.
Since Planado allows the monitoring of all technicians activities, we know in advance when we're running out of auto parts and can replenish stocks asap.Positive: Ease of use, friendly interface for both desktop and mobile version, ability to predict when the next restocking should be made.
Negative: Not everyone in our company speaks English, but the app isn't available in Uzbek language.

Summary: We were looking for a solution to be able to quickly build routes, assign tasks and oversee delivery. Planado turned out to be an excellent choice, the productivity of our couriers has improved, and it’s now a lot easier for us to communicate with them and monitor their performance.
Positive: We’ve been using Planado for 10 months now, and are completely content with the functionality it provides. It's so much easier now to schedule and assign tasks for our couriers, as well as monitor their performance with the GPS-tracking feature and autoreporting. Introducing Planado enabled us to speed up delivery times by 30%! The interface of the mobile app is convenient and easy to use.
Negative: Integrating Planado with our custom order management system took a bit longer than we expected because of some technical issues, so there was an interim period. As far as I know, they have recently added integrations via Zapier that might solve integration issues for the most common applications featured there.

Summary: I'm a customer service agent in an online B2C marketplace. We sell basically everything. The more businesses work with us, the harder it became for us to control delivery guys. We started getting more unsatisfied reviews that were primarily related to delivery terms. Summary: Our company implemented Planado more than a year ago since manual operations became extremely inconvenient. For example, previously my colleagues and I had to call repair professionals and send the address of the next destination via e-mail or messengers. They could simply lose a message among a bunch of other ones. Sometimes clients weren’t satisfied with the result, blamed our workers and since we had no proof, we just had to deal with their complaints at the company’s expense.
Now with Planado, everything got so much easier. I simply input all the information on my PC and field workers get it instantly. They can’t lose the information anymore. Before finishing the repair, our professionals have to tick all the boxes and take a photo of the final result. So now we and our clients are guaranteed to get what is expected.Positive: Most of all, I like the user-friendly dispatcher interface. It’s great that we can get immediate reviews from our clients so that we know whether our workers are diligent enough. Automatic reports have shown that we have increased the number of field trips almost twice because there is no need to call every professional and the built-in map allows us to optimize the route.
Negative: I wouldn’t say it’s a disadvantage, but many field workers were unhappy that we’re able to track their locations and performance and change their schedules on the go. Previously, they could do whatever they want, but now we know who really works and who runs their errands during their working hours.

Summary: The app features allow me for a convenient and efficient planning, and, most importantly, they help me to maintain the high quality of field services through transparency and reporting, and stay flexible during the day that would be hard to do otherwise.
Positive: Besides the fact that Planado is a genuinely great planning tool, my favorite thing about it is the ability for us to maintain high work quality due to several features of the app, such as Checklists, photo reports, automatic mileage tracking, and a few time-management features. Client satisfaction rate went up significantly as of recently.
Negative: The features really served me well throughout this time.

Positive: Definitely, the ability to arrange the work time of our team on the map. Planning and time-efficiency are now on a whole different level. The convenience of assigning jobs that are nearby to the worker and having a great filtering option by type of work are also adding to our productivity. Kudos to the app, a huge helper!
Negative: I haven’t got anything I could really dislike about the app yet. Hope it’s going to be this way hereinafter.

Summary: Planado has made it much easier for field workers to perform. Now everything is in one app, checklists, reports, JPS tracker. Clients are happy with the quality of service, and I am happy with the productivity of my team.
Positive: What I like the most is that with Planado I can control all the processes from my phone and from one application. Before, I was drowning in the amount of effort to collect and analyze all the information about the work.

Summary: I have been using Planado for 3 months now to organize the delivery service at our pet store. It’s been really helpful in terms of better planning, visibility and reporting. We have now the full picture of what’s going on with our dispatches, and there are a lot fewer complaints from customers now.
Positive: Planado makes my work of managing couriers a lot easier. I like the interface and the functionality, the reporting function is quite helpful, too.
Negative: We wanted to integrate the app with our internal order management system, but, unfortunately, API integrations are only available on the Pro plan :(
