Summary: Very disappointing experience with this platform. I only intended to try the free trial, and before I knew it, I was charged $40 USD for a subscription just a week later. I didn’t end up using the website at all—no downloads, no tools, nothing. As soon as I noticed the charge, I reached out to request a refund, but was told that subscriptions are non-refundable. That was frustrating, especially given that I hadn’t actually used the service. Overall, this felt misleading and left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I’d strongly suggest others be cautious about the trial and subscription terms.

Positive: None, did not enjoy using this site at all. It was poor design and all of the logos looked similar and lame.

Negative: Charge you 40$ subscription charge after 1 week trial

Summary: I don't recommend it at all. They are thieves and I will probably have to block the card so that they don't accidentally download another unauthorized fee.

Positive: None, I tried some graphic outputs for the logo and they were more or less difficult to use. As well as the type of output, just a simple image without sectors in not good quality.

Negative: First, after a short trial period, they charged me 35 Euros without warning. I objected, but I said to myself, "I'm missing something, I should have kept it." But the service is not worth the money at all, so we'll cancel. When canceling, they offered a one-year extension for 0.99 Euros. At that time, I said to myself, "Good price, I'll give it another chance." So I "took advantage" of the offer and when the renewal date came, they charged me 35 Euros per month again. I complained. They claim that they don't have this offer registered in the system, but they admit the error and only refunded 1.49 Euros, the fee I paid for the trial. So it cost me 70 Euros and an absolutely unusable tool, since the outputs are not of good quality. I.

Summary: Do Not trust them, refuse refunds even when I tried to cancel it the day I realised it was coming out. they charge for a trial which is. a red flag. I only used it once and thought the $1.50 trial fee was a scam, to get another $50 taken out of my bank was really disappointing

Positive: nothing, I can not think of 1 good thing about this website, it was childish, difficult to get the results I wanted, and a scam

Negative: the subscription process was clearly designed to be sneaky and catch people unaware. I paid the $1.50 for a 2 week trial, nothing on the page said they were going to automatically sign me up for a $50 subscription until it came out of my bank account. The terms were in very small print and you had to scroll way down to them. they refused a refund of course. When I tried to make a logo with hands it kept doing 6 fingers, the artwork was childish and unappealing. Do not use this scam website, it's all about catching people unawares on the expensive subscription.

Summary: Feels like a scam. Pricing not transparent same with their terms. Incorrect charges on my CC and zero communication after around 10 emails

Positive: I was able to the basic things I wanted to do with images, and download what I needed on the £0.75 free trial

Negative: They have charged my card due to their less than transparent pricing, and now will not respond to any emails sent to the only contact address for them!

Summary: Deeply unsatisfied with the overall experience. The lack of transparency and support left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Positive: There is honestly nothing I would list as a positive. I did not like anything about this experience at all.

Negative: It was not clear that paying once for photo background removal would automatically enroll me in a free trial subscription. As a result, I was unexpectedly charged for a full month after the trial ended. I was also disappointed with customer support - they took days to respond and did not respond at all to a few of my emails, and refused to issue a refund for a charge I never intended to authorize. Overall, the experience left me feeling misled and frustrated.

Summary: 1-10. I would not recommend this product to anybody. It's not worth it. Plenty of other companies and services out there that are not out to blatantly rip people off. There needs to be more transparency about what you are actually going to pay for and the service you get.

Positive: logo Making was fine. Took a long time to get a logo I liked. I realise it's subjective but I have had better luck with other programs.

Negative: Intentionally Misleading Prices. Only shows the actual deal you pay for on the page before you click the deal. In very small writing. It's not transparent at all and designed to suck unsuspecting everyday people into taking there hard earned money. Poor business model from dishonest people.
