    Summary: Impressive and professional. I used their product just the once to fill an official form requiring specific dimension of an image.
    It worked well.

    Positive: I was notified that Pixella had taken money from my account as ongoing subscription charge which I did not want or need. Upon notifying them of this and requesting a full refund, within seconds, they did so without any argument. Such a relief.

    Immediate Refund Request - Unauthorized Premium Subscription Charges

    Summary: I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge of $30 USD made to my account today for a premium subscription that I never explicitly requested or intended to purchase.I contacted your support team, but I keep receiving the exact same automated response stating that a refund is not possible because I allegedly accepted the terms and conditions. These terms are hidden deep within the fine print. Nowhere during the process does it explicitly state that after a 7-day period, an automatic monthly subscription with a 12-month commitment would be triggered.This is a deceptive and misleading billing practice. I do not want, nor do I have any use for, a one-year subscription. I demand an immediate and full refund of the $30 USD charge and the cancellation of this unauthorized subscription.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed to file a formal dispute (chargeback) with my bank for unauthorized billing, and I will report this deceptive practice to consumer protection agencies, including the FTC.

    Summary: Not really useful service, really poor customer support and lack of understanding and flexibility. Would not recommend

    Positive: Yeast to enroll, but that’s is it to be honest. Most of features available on free video editors you have on your laptop or phone

    Negative: While I had been paying for the subscription for several months, I was unable to access my account because I couldn’t figure out which email address I had originally used to sign up.

    Once I finally regained access, I immediately canceled my subscription. During those months, I never used the service or consumed any tokens. Since the latest subscription charge had only been posted that same day, I asked if it could be refunded.

    My refund request was denied. I understand that this is consistent with the Terms of Service and that subscription payments are technically non-refundable. However, many companies choose to issue refunds in situations like this, especially when there is clear evidence that the service was never used.     Summary: Misleading and deceptive billing practices on what was otherwise a great user experience. So disappointing, and refusing a refund was a breach of trust.

    Positive: Good image manipulation. The US$1.49 single image was good to test it out. I was able to remove colour from spectacles.

    Negative: Hidden monthly subscription was charged that was not presented in the $1.49 payment. And they refused a refund on the ~US40 monthly subscription .
