    Summary: We have been able to manage our entire sales funnel with this tool, keeping a record of all the activity records that have been related to each customer that we have registered in our sales funnel. The periodic follow-ups are excellent, which makes us want to recommend Pipedrive without any problems. We have been able to streamline the Pipedrive sales process, mainly in the sales and marketing department where we streamlined production through Pipedrive automation on the server. It helped us to quickly keep track of the follow-ups made for each ticket.

    Positive: Starting with the visual part, Pipedrive's interface is very complete, easy to use and adaptable to any consultant who wants to use it. We have saved a lot of time with the automations that Pipedrive has allowed us, as well as integrating Slack has been great since it is very useful for us and for any department in our company.
