The Pims Contract Management module records, monitors, and tracks project commitments like contracts, sub-contracts purchase orders, purchase orders, frame agreements, call offs, and frames. It is important to have a complete overview of all contracts and the information contained within them during a project. Contract Management provides this overview. All this information is centralized to give you a unique overview of the project's categorized commitments, variations, contract milestones, implementation plans, and actuals for the contracted. This module, along with the Cost Management module, will give you both a complete overview of the project and details for each contract in the project. It will help you build a solid foundation for your overall project forecast by tracking the contract forecast and all the commitments. To manage commitments and fund each one, procurement and cost engineers can both work in the same system.
