Picky Assist is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs! Date: Jun 12 2024
Summary: I had high hopes for Picky Assist, but my experience has been a total disaster. From the beginning, the user interface was terrible – outdated, confusing, and frustrating to use. Despite my best efforts, the entire software eventually stopped working completely, making it utterly useless.
The worst part of this experience was the customer service. When I contacted Anil, the supposed support person, I was met with nothing but excuses and refusal to issue a refund. It's clear to me now that this company is just out to scam people. They take your money and run, without providing a functional product or any real support.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Picky Assist. They are scammers who offer a bad product and even worse customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did!Positive: Absolutely nothing. The UI is very bad. App is always glitchy. the support is non-existent. Do not take their service.
