    Picky Assist is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

    Summary: I had high hopes for Picky Assist, but my experience has been a total disaster. From the beginning, the user interface was terrible – outdated, confusing, and frustrating to use. Despite my best efforts, the entire software eventually stopped working completely, making it utterly useless.

    The worst part of this experience was the customer service. When I contacted Anil, the supposed support person, I was met with nothing but excuses and refusal to issue a refund. It's clear to me now that this company is just out to scam people. They take your money and run, without providing a functional product or any real support.

    Do yourself a favor and stay away from Picky Assist. They are scammers who offer a bad product and even worse customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did!

    Positive: Absolutely nothing. The UI is very bad. App is always glitchy. the support is non-existent. Do not take their service.

    Negative: Scam: The overall experience feels like a deliberate scam – taking money without delivering a functional product or proper support.

    Terrible User Interface: The UI is outdated, clunky, and difficult to navigate, making the software frustrating to use.

    Unreliable Software: The software stopped working entirely, rendering it completely useless.

    Poor Customer Support: Reaching out for help was a nightmare. The contact person, Anil, was unhelpful and dismissive.

We noticed that you have been using our services for a year, paying monthly for 12 months. It's surprising to hear that you did not receive services or support during this period, especially since our records indicate continuous usage. Given the consistent warnings and disclaimers regarding the stability of WhatsApp web automation, it's clear you were aware of its limitations from the beginning. We find your claim about not receiving services or support difficult to understand. Any downtime experienced was due to changes made by WhatsApp to their web login process, which we communicated to you via banners on our portal. Additionally, we offered an upgrade to the WhatsApp Business API and provided options to resume services and utilize any unused validity or wallet balance once the service was restored.
