    Summary: This would be a great product if you could get anyone from Perfect Backup to respond to support requests. You should use this product with the assumption that you are on your own.

    Positive: Does a great job of full or incremental backups. I perform full backups twice a week because I have the space on a backup drive.

    Negative: Does a poor job of deleting older backups and cannot get anyone from Support to help me with this issue. I have the paid version.
