Negative: I haven't had any major issues with Percona Monitoring and Management, but there are a few things that I don't like about it.
1. Web Interface: The web interface is a bit dated and could use a facelift.
2. Features: I would like to see more features added to the Percona Monitoring and Management plugin for Grafana.
3. Documentation: I would like to see more documentation on how to use Percona Monitoring and Management effectively.

Positive: I used for monitoring for MySQL db environment, alert, query analysis, inndb details, servers load average.

Negative: Nothing. I did not find any cons. It takes memory for holding a log but it can also be manageable.

Summary: I've been using PMM for almost 5 years now. I started using Grafana 5.1.3, and am now attempting to set up 8.3.5. The learning curve is very high, but I'm still enjoying the learning experience integrating pmm2 with AlertManager.

Positive: I love the community and informational posts offered by Percona. I'm learning to love using PMM to monitor all of my systems.

Negative: The learning curve after going from a very old version to the latest.

Summary: For all MySQL database application we are using the PMM for better management of datastore and achieve the availability of the systems.

Positive: PMM provides the ease of use. and also gives us the all the minor details of the database regarding queries etc.

Negative: If we enable the PMM to read every second from the database it started the throttling the database with the connection.

Summary: It helps us monitor variety of applications such as MySQL and MangoDB. The dashboard provides a great overview for general server health and law. This is something you can run in the background or keep the tab open in your browser or whenever you want to get a glance of your server heath. You get to see if there's too much queries and when something goes wrong. It provides thorough time-based analysis for MySQL and MongoDB servers to ensure that your data works as efficiently as possible.

Positive: What I like most about Percona M&M is that you can do an Advanced Configuration and its one of the best monitoring software that doesn't lag, I like that it can be used not just only onsite but also via the cloud. I like that it graph everything by category. I like that you can customize the notification setting such as email addresses, some specific alerts.

Negative: Only issue I had with Percona is that the integration part could have easier and user friendly.

Summary: Overall this is a great invention and helps greatly as an open source database monitoring solution.

Positive: The best thing about it is that is helps to optimize performance and also the user experience which we get because it reduces complexity is great.

Negative: PMM Altering system can be updated and improved to give a better smooth experience.

Summary: Overall it's a good combo of services and very professional products for the tech industry candidates.

Positive: User interface is quite easy and developed, specially for the beginners.Also easy to use as a professional also.

Negative: Takes time in older generation cpu services but in a way all good.
