    Data gateway api for all internal and external reports

    Summary: Introducing the product allowed us to quickly move with introducing a sophisticated reporting to our external customers as well as our internal needs.

    Positive: A very rewarding free tier meeting 80% of the functionality that we needed. Easy to integrate into existing infrastructure. Lightweight and flexible enough to meet our needs.

    Negative: We were early adopters before the UI configurator was introduced. As a result the learning curve is a bit steep when preparing first data models.

    Summary: We are happy since we can provide a flexible single point Data API to our partners and focus on maintenance, and optimization of our data structures without fear of breaking anything since we have a perfect abstraction layer.

    Positive: Peekdata is a Data API that's built already. We didn't need to start from scratch to support multiple integration points with 3d parties. Otherwise, we’d be building an HTTP layer and abstraction over SQL to maintain many different types of requests. It saved a lot of time and brought convenience to developers.

    Negative: The UI to configure the data model could be better, but it wasn't a big deal keeping in mind that the team was very responsive.
