    Hidden Fees/ no support

    Date: Jan 08 2024

Summary: Terrible. No communication; they started charging PCI Non-Compliance fees (x2) with no attempt to reach out to us to try to help remedy, then when we closed the account they charged some more new fees never seen, including "Semi-Annual Reporting fee" (for 2 accounts $69.95x2) and "chargeback paper notification" for $10, which was never requested, nor did we ever have any chargebacks.

Positive: At first the starter fees were good, then they started adding additional fees.

Negative: Tried to integrate for web-store sales, they offered a YouTube video for help, and the professional web-designer couldn't even figure it out. Also, from the start they made us have 2 separate accounts, one for web-store and 1 for standard sales, which means 2 opportunities for them to additional fees.
