Assyst/Bullmer Pattern Design Software Description
You can use PDS to create and modify flat patterns in any of the available formats. The tools and working environment have been designed to make pattern-cutting simple and quick. The software was developed using the expertise of many pattern cutters. It can handle even the most difficult tasks. All tasks can be done quickly and logically, including adding darts, amending seams, creating fullness, and working on multiple patterns simultaneously. PDS can be integrated with 3D design (hyperlink 3D). Clothing requires grading, whatever the size range S,M,L..10,12,14,16..44short, 44 regular etc. This software is easy to use and intuitive. For better clarity, the different sizes are colour-coded. Grading rules can either be applied to single points or entire patterns. Automatically, pattern alterations can be applied to all sizes. To create and compare size charts, measurements can be exported to MS Excel.
