Summary: They don't reply to your questions or issues, customer support is Zero, don't even bother contacting them cos, you won't get any response. Use Flocksy or Reel Unlimited instead, they are the best out there.
Positive: N/A.
Negative: I came across their service more than a year ago and I must say I regret ever using Panda Copy. First, they don't deliver the articles even after paying for a subscription they hardly deliver one article per month.

Summary: Do not use. And especially do not enroll in their subscription program I would try it out with a one time project and decide from there. I will not ever use them again.
Positive: The turn around time was decent - but communication was poor. You have to reach out to them to hear any kind of update.
Negative: Most of the process.

Once I received the project back, it was a JOKE to read. It sounded like something written by an amateur writer, and that is being kind. It was SO dull I was shocked. I requested something fun and engaging. The sentences were short and boring. Like "It helps you to be active. It is available in 2 flavors" I then submitted a request for revisions and heard nothing back. I reached out to them at the end of the next day and was told I did not meet the cut-off time the day before. Okay, that is fine, but I feel like it would have been nice to be notified of that. I responded to them and have heard nothing back - it has been a week.
