Summary: From the beginning of the system through ringing up the clients, Overall system is awesome 100% recommended.
Positive: Divy was extremely helpful. The first time I've used bottle POS since acquiring new POS systems for my liquor business. Divy was really helpful in getting me started by teaching me how to use the system and showing me all of its features. He supported me in setting up all of the departments, all of the vendors, auto invoicing, and auto uploading inventory into a system upon vendor delivery.
Negative: Can't think of anything, every time I run into an issue they help me figure it out.

Summary: I'm glad we have converted our POS system to POS Nation. There is definitely a learning curve, so patience is a must. But, our new POS system has made our sales department much more efficient.
Positive: POS Nation assigned a customer service agent to lead you thru the setup process. Now, all I have to do is call the help phone number for Immediate 24/7 support from knowledgeable staff. So far, every problem has been quickly resolved.
Negative: Still trying to figure out the POS settings process. System stalls & crashes from time to time.

A Viable POS Solution for our small business Date: Mar 30 2022
Summary: I was impressed by Josh's knowledge and speed in getting this POS system up and running... VERY PROFESSIONAL!!
Positive: Easy to set up and deploy this POS system. Josh was our support tech and he was AMAZING! We were able to set up our new POS Screen almost IDENTICAL to the old system... POS Nation is a good goto for a reliable and viable POS solution.
Negative: Not really any... as the I.T. support person for this small business... I found the only possible issue was in the contract and that is not a con... I just don't like legalese...overall I cannot find anything that merits a bad mark with this company.

Summary: So far so good. Any problems thus far have been solvable with a little explanation and knowledge from the tech or customer service team.
Positive: Customer service. Our success manager Heather has been amazing. every time we have a question she has had answer.
Negative: Have to log off for employees to clock in. Would like to see some attention paid to this.

Summary: From beginning to end of this whole process it has been great. Every one has been professional, polite, knowledgeable, patient and fast. Thank you!
Positive: EVERYTHING! These guys know their stuff! They transferred data from an 8 year old system and got me up and running in a couple of hours (and that included me having to download an entire new web browser on a slow internet connection). They also didn't hold up my day while they did all the work.
Negative: If I had to make up something I'd say they could have warned me to update my web browser so it wouldn't hold up the process.

Summary: We were in desperate need of a POS system that had a variety of features that we weren't getting from the system we currently had. POS Nation offered everything and more, with a simple one time purchase without needing a monthly service and powerful backend tools it was an easy choice. On top of it, their customer service is responsive and helpful! Every time I have needed assistance they answer right away, unlike other services where I have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour just to start talking to someone!
Positive: The features are in depth and powerful, whatever you want the system to do it can do it. It is also user friendly, allowing for simple and straight forward navigation and operation. Customer service is top notch as well.
Negative: The system is not as snappy or quick as others, and navigating to configuration settings can be a bit confusing.

Summary: Extremely satisfied. Onboarding with Heather was easy, and we looked forward to every call. POS system, and the back-office features and reports are great! From checking out customers, to adding vendors and inventory, and ending the day with sales and tax reports, all intuitive and easy to learn.
Positive: Arrived quickly after ordering.
Easy to set up.
Intuitive.
Not too big or bulky.
Great onboarding and support team.Negative: Jumble of cords but all electronic devices have that issue.

Summary: Katya, was very pleasant and listened to my problem and knew exactly what to do to fix it. She was done in a matter of minutes.
Positive: I am Firelands Trading Post & Scout Stores Manager, Beverly Yarbrough. I work for Lake Erie Council, #440 in Cleveland, Ohio.
On Wednesday, March 23 in the evening I had a customer put the wrong pin number in and it messed up the machine. After about a half an hour the customer left and came back when we opened up on Friday. I had hoped that being shut down for a day it would fix itself, but it didn't. So, I called BSA National. Katya was the first real person I talked to. I explained the problem and within minutes of getting into my computer she had it fixed! She had me ring up some items to check to make sure everything worked, and it did!! I told her she was Awesome!Negative: There were no problems, except with the CC Machine.
