PLOT Description
PLOT is a simple tool to manage deliveries, jobsite movements, and material lead-times.
Until now, the only way to communicate on a Jobsite was through text messages, emails, or phone calls. PLOT will change that. PLOT makes it easier to track your delivery schedule, whether you use a whiteboard or spreadsheet. Trade Partners can request delivery window times that are then compared to GC rules, and deliveries already booked. This prevents double booking. This tool allows Trade Partners to only see windows that have the unloading area & equipment available. PLOT provides Suppliers with a Delivery-Specific Logistics page that helps them navigate to the unloading location and communicate with the Project Team. The Supplier will be automatically notified if the time or place of delivery changes. You can also send reminders to confirm the drop-off date and time.
