    Summary: Excellent PHP Form builder. Really customizable and very well built. I have used it for a few years now and find it excellent. Customer Support has been top notch when you have an issue or question.

    Negative: Only that it requires accessing a hosted license so you need to make sure your hosting server doesn't block outbound curl calls.
