Any PDF becomes a secure tracked link reporting who opened it, the time spent on each page and the page where reading stopped. Email scanners, link-preview bots and crawlers are classified and excluded from the counts, and the tool shows what it excluded, so no follow-up is spent on a mail server.
Signals then flag who returned for a second look and who merits a call, a per-recipient verdict states whether one named person read the file, and alerts arrive on first open and on return with an emailed Reading Report.
