Great Acrobat alternative... and cost! Date: Jul 31 2022
Summary: An excellent, much lower cost alternative to Acrobat if you have MacOS Monterey for example and do not wish to subscribe to Adobe.
Positive: Great capability, functionality, ease of use and cost.
As an alternative to Acrobat on MacOS Monterey, it really fits the bill, and works well.Negative: Very little actually. The interface could be a bit smarter, but aesthetics do not really matter when the functionality is this good.

The Best PDF editor for Linux Edited: Jul 10 2022
Summary: If you are a Linux user, you need to try PDF Studio by Qoppa, and if you're a Windows user and wanting to move over to Linux but don't dare because you need a great PDF solution, you just found it!
Positive: Qoppa PDF Studio is a fantastic piece of software for Linux users (I only use Linux, so I can't speak for the other OSs)
It does everything that Acrobat,Elements does, and maybe more, and it does it really well! It's by far the best PDF editor solution for Linux! The best part is you only pay once, and you own the software forever, with the option to update to a new version if it has a new feature that you need or want for a discounted price as well!Negative: The only problem or annoyance is that the UI scaling on 4K displays is not the best, but you can set the DPI to 1000, and it gets better. The actual documents do not suffer from this scaling issue, the documents you work with are super crisp and clear.

Great Tool for PDF Form Creation! Edited: Jan 25 2022
Summary: PDF Studio is a great alternative to the "Big Box" product. Paying one price instead of a subscription is a definite selling point for me.
Positive: The main feature that sold me on PDF Studio was Sequential Renaming. I've had form fields with duplicate names, and this feature made is easy to batch rename all of the fields at once.
Negative: The layout of the program took a little getting used to, but after a short while it is easy to use.

As Good AS Date: Mar 27 2021
Summary: I was so pleased to find this app. I moved over from Windows where I used Filecenter - not available on Linux. Linux has many decent apps but found none that include the scan ability
Positive: Really please to find Linux all in one. Unusual to find a ribbon type app in Linux but not a problem after the dreaded Win. Basically everything I would want from an editor.
Negative: Not found one yet. I have tried it for a couple of days and have not discovered any problems yet.

Excellent Linux alternative to Adobe Acrobat Pro Date: Dec 30 2020
Summary: I am retiring this month and will lose access to Acrobat Pro (one of the few things I will miss). I use only Linux at home, and the choices are limited. I stumbled onto PDF Studio, tried it and bought it, and could not be more pleased.
Positive: Full featured replacement for Adobe Acrobat Pro, with a wonderfully intuitive layout (better than Acrobat). The documentation is clear and well written. There are other resources available online, such as command line use. If I could have this or the Adobe product at no cost, my choice would be PDF Studio hands down.
Negative: There is nothing about it so far that I don't like.

An Excellent PDF Editing Application! Date: Sep 30 2020
Summary: Qoppa's PDF Studio is an excellent, feature-rich, and cross-platform application implementing advanced PDF editing functionality. My favorite feature is simply the cross-platform availability of the program; I can edit PDFs using the same interface regardless of whether I am working on my Microsoft Windows or Ubuntu Linux workstations (with additional support for OSX as well).
Positive: Qoppa's PDF Studio offers a feature-set rivaling even that of Adobe's own Acrobat Acrobat Pro DC. It provides comprehensive tools for filling forms, editing headers and footers, editing text and image content, redacting or sanitizing text, and appending or removing pages. Additionally, more advanced features are also offered, such as securing documents, creating watermarks, signing documents (via DocuSign), comparing PDF files, batch processes PDF files, and more.
Negative: Quite honestly, there is nothing specific I dislike enough about this application that is severe enough to warrant inclusion in my review. Like any application, I may not agree with all features implementations or may wish them to align more closely with my requirements, or I may find some naming conventions confusing on first-blush. Still, any such criticisms would only represent my subjective expectations. Objectively, this application provides all the functionality I require and then some.
