Positive: Helps us deliver engaging tools to our customers to help them with product selection. In addition it helps them see how our products can help them reach their goals.

Negative: We haven't come across anything we dislike, it meets all of our needs.

Summary: Overall, the customer support team is amazing, and love everything about Outgrow. The pros outweigh the cons.

Positive: I love the ability to create interactive content that really helps engage my visitors and increases my leads and conversion rates.

Negative: I wished the pricing was an upgrade for everything and paying $720 per month for the best plan is hard for a start-up like me. Better pricing for start-ups would be amazing.

Summary: The support has been very helpful with solving the following problems: Getting the formulas for the results of the quiz in such a way that it helps my students. Getting the right template is always tricky, but you can choose one and convert it from a quiz to a survey or you can start from scratch.
Love the interactive templates

Positive: The templates they have are real easy to convert into my own content. The integrations with my CRM is so fantastic that I get to see all the data right there. But I can also see the Analysis on Outgrow. They have suggestions on how to improve your content. If you need help, their friendly support staff have the solution for any problem.

Negative: There is nothing I dislike, keep up the good work! Some Training Videos would be nice so that I can learn the more intricate functions of the platform, but Support helps you just as well.

Summary: Love working with the Outgrow team. They've been helpful in guiding us to build out a great product.

Positive: Customer support team is quick to respond to all inquiries. Support team offers personalized feedback for all requests.

Negative: Great service so far. Support team is very helpful.

Summary: The problem of getting leads quickly and easily. The benefit is realized for us is that I solved the issue of how to gather leads in a market that hasn't heard of you. We wanted to collect leads in this market, but were doubting between which lead magnet to use. Either giving a way free webinars or ebooks, but these low commitment lead magnets were easier to set up and cheaper to launch. Especially when your start audience isn't to key on reading long white papers.

Positive: The tools helps me get leads very quickly on a level that is understandable for everyone. No more long boring expensive ebooks. Also the team has created very cool templates for uses to use. This makes it easy to start and customize them to your personal needs. The way you can set up forms and quizzes also makes it possible to personalize them.

Negative: A downside for smaller companies could be the price of the higher tiers, but the team is really willing to help you with a custom plan if you need to. Also you will earn everything back if you use it properly. Another potential dislike for me was the learning curve, I noticed that due to all the possibilities I got stuck into the "what should it start with" phase. But the team offers great feedback and videos on how to start and which functions to use.

Summary: My main objective is lead generation and thanks to Outgrow Quizzes I can not only generate new leads but also qualify them while they answer the quiz.

Positive: I was looking for an easy to use Quiz tool that could be integrated into my CRM. Outgrow met all my requirements. In case of problems, their chat-based customer service is super responsive!

Negative: Template customization is a bit limited but if you know a little bit about CSS then you can do anything.

Summary: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you're looking for an interactive way to generate leads and learn more about them - use Outgrow!

Positive: I love how simple Outgrow is to use and it's also budget-friendly it is for my business! I use the quiz tool for lead generation and the primary reason I came to Outgrow was when someone quoted me over $10,000 to create a quiz for me... and that's way out of my budget (and also, wow at the quote). So I went the DIY route and *insert Outgrow.co here*. I created a beautiful quiz fast! It's so simple to set up and integrate. I use WordPress and Klaviyo! I couldn't be happier with this platform and also the customer support is always ready to help!

Negative: Honestly happy with this platform, except Klaviyo is currently a Zapier integration (I personally dislike zaps) BUT have had no issues and I'm looking forward to the native integration happening in the future!

Summary: Overall very happy to have found the product (did try a few others before - and the competitors have no where nearly as good features ).

Positive: Advanced features that you will not find anywhere else (to my knowledge, and I did do research before choosing).
The really amazing support is what makes the platform stand out for me, to be honest they saved my a**..
Tip: If you are a small business and eligible do make sure to see if you need any advanced features at a discounted price.

Negative: Not much, really. Of course you would always want all the advanced features at ½ the price, but you really do get more than you pay for already with current plans. :-)

Summary: Great customer service! They have such a friendly staff and are willing to go above and beyond to help you out.

Positive: Outgrow makes capturing leads so much easier. They have beautifully designed quizzes and calculators that fit perfectly with any type of website, whether I'm selling a product or service.

Negative: I wish there was a showcase where I can see the best performing outgrow examples in each industry.

Summary: Overall, just super pleased with their product and customer service. If you are wanting to engage your audience, I highly recommend Outgrow!

Positive: Outgrow is fantastic. It's easy to use from both the creator and quiz taker experience. I used a beautiful minimalist theme which makes my quiz more professional looking than some other quizzes out there.

Negative: So far, compared to the other quiz makers out there, Outgrow lacks nothing!

Summary: We have embedded it on our website, which makes it a really interactive experience for our potential clients to see a quote for our services before enquiring.

Positive: It's very versatile and quick to create using templates etc. Also, it's great for creating custom quotes before getting a lead

Negative: Design-wise, it's a little bit limiting if you have to use a template, and also it's a little bit slow loading when embedded on a webpage.

Summary: Great tool that helps me reach my audience building goals, without a lot of time. Would recommend to small business owners who want to use quizzes to grow their list.

Positive: Easy to build a quiz, quite easy to integrate. The quizzes look great, across multiple devices and it's easy to adjust them to your own branding.

Negative: The basic plans are quite limited. Also for some of the quiz types, you need to do some pretty complicated stuff (but customer service can help with that).

Summary: Very satisfied. The platform was easy to set up and the end result looks very good - professional and user friendly.

Positive: Fantastic ease of use, flexibility and very good looking. We looked into a range of platforms for our needs and Outgrow came out best.

Negative: They would benefit from adding database functionality.

Summary: Easy to use with some great ways to capture leads. Platform is very simple and user friendly, and support is just a chat away.

Positive: The ease of the builder to set up and create calculators. Simple instructional videos make set up super simple and clear. Was able to have a fully customized calculator up and running in under an hour.

Negative: Wish more features were available in the Freelancer plan, including the ability to add more than one user.

Summary: Great experience using outgrow! In less than 2 hours with no programming skills I was able to solve a sales problem by building a calculator.

Positive: Outgrow is a great tool for easy app building for non-programmers. I have no experience in programming and in a few hours I was able to build an app that will be of great value.
Support teams are always very eager to help in anyway they can. I had doubts about pricing, publishing, layouts and formulas and they were always rapidly answered.
There is a high degree of app personalization that add value.

Negative: Some small features are only available on the top plan, which was way out of my budget. In any case, they were able to offer me a tailored made plan that fit my needs and budget.
