    The future of Trade Shows!

    Summary: We had to pivot our annual Trade Show from a live format to virtual due to uncertainty around lock downs. We had a range of complex requirements and were concerned with how it would be received by our attendees and whether we could make it equally engaging. The Team were really receptive to our needs and offered gamification ideas for engagement. This was really well received and the event was a great success!

    Positive: - Highly engaging and immersive venue design
    - Opportunity to include additional features such as gamification and multiple registration types (with different permission levels)
    - Multiple stand tier levels which include everything you would expect from a live Trade Show format (downloadable materials, customisable elements, banner advertising, video hosting and ability to walk-in or book meetings with Team Members)
    - Easy to navigate - even for less tech savvy attendees (includes a short how-to tutorial included)
    - Hands-on approach from the Team

    Negative: - Some email issues with attendee firewalls and spam filters

    Unlike any other virtual events platform

    Summary: This was unlike any platform I've used to date, and having worked remotely like everyone else for the last year, I've used a lot. It was really cool to explore the virtual venue, collect tokens etc. This is a platform that's gone the extra mile, the detail involved does blow you away. It makes Zoom and Hangouts really dull in comparison.

    Positive: It's a bit like the Sims with webinars, video conferencing etc. Professional while still being engaging and fun.
    Recently used it for an event and it had gaming elements built into it, we could collect tokens and win prizes as we engaged with stalls.
    It's easy to use, the map function makes everything clear.
    Could download information easily, access the agenda easily etc.

    Negative: You can't blur your background when on a video call.
