Orbiq Description
Orbiq serves as a Trust Center platform that transforms internal compliance efforts into externally verifiable evidence for buyers, auditors, and regulatory bodies. By linking their existing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), SharePoint, Confluence, or Drive to a customized Trust Center (trust.yourcompany), companies can implement layered access controls—public, restricted, or NDA-protected—ensuring that each stakeholder has access to the appropriate level of information. Designed to meet the demands of the NIS2 and DORA regulations, Orbiq transcends traditional document sharing by offering features such as real-time vendor registers, incident reporting with detailed audit logs, AI-enhanced questionnaire answers, and ongoing monitoring, providing regulated companies with the necessary third-party visibility essential for modern procurement. Unlike other tools that primarily aim to minimize the number of questionnaires, Orbiq delivers a structured and always up-to-date proof layer that financial institutions, regulatory agencies, and corporate buyers now require and expect—stored securely in the EU, incorporating watermarking, download tracking, and comprehensive audit trails. By streamlining compliance and enhancing transparency, Orbiq empowers organizations to navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements with confidence.

Finally a trust center that doesn't require a compliance team to run Date: Feb 12 2026
Summary: We're a SME in healthcare and rehabilitation — no dedicated compliance team, no big IT department. Orbiq gave us a way to show our enterprise partners, insurers, that we take data protection and compliance seriously, without it becoming a full-time job. It's been especially helpful for GDPR. If you're a smaller company that needs to look and act like you have your compliance together but don't have enterprise-level resources, this does the job for you.
Positive: We're in healthcare, so we deal with sensitive data and strict regulations. Before Orbiq, every time an enterprise client needed documentation, someone on our team had to dig it up and email it over. Now it's all in one place and people can access what they need on their own. The trust center looks like it belongs to us, not like some third-party tool we bolted on. We especially like that we can control exactly who sees what — some things are public, some are gated behind NDAs. Setup was simpler than expected and we didn't need external help.
Negative: The initial setup is easy, but requires you to think about what goes in first to get going quickly. If you slow down, you have only few documents in the trust center which adds little value to the team. So we had to make sure to keep the momentum going. As soon as we sent the first links to clients the team got excited and usage became the new habit. Then, once the structure is in place, maintaining it takes very little effort.
