Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Storage Gateway Description
Customers can extend their on-premises application data to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Storage Gateway. It is easy to securely transfer files to and from Oracle Cloud through integration with OCI Object Storage compliance and Network File Storage Compliance (NFS). Data is protected at rest and in transit with built-in data integrity check. Enterprise applications have instant access to files that they use frequently through local caching. Storage Gateway is a POSIX compliant NFS mount point. This mount point can be mounted to any host that supports NFSv4 clients. You can easily store and bridge data generated by traditional applications that use NFSv4 file system protocols. Automatic Storage Gateway updates are possible by adding or modifying files in Object Storage.
