It offer exit intent popups, which trigger if visitor is try to leave the website. Referrer based targeted message/offer can be set based who referred the visitor to your website. Geo location based targeting can be used to pitch different offers based on the geo location of the visitor. It has in built ad block detector, which you can use to popup any message to visitor, if it's hurting your revenue. Overall OptinMosnster is a great solution to pitch the offer based on user behavior.
