OpenSMTPD Description
OpenSMTPD implements the server-side SMTP standard as defined in RFC 5321 with some additional extensions. It allows machines to send and receive emails from other systems that use the SMTP protocol. OpenSMTPD was born out of dissatisfaction over other SMTP implementations. It is a complete SMTP implementation. OpenSMTPD was developed primarily by Gilles Chehade, Eric Faurot and other OpenBSD hackers.
