Positive: OpenEduCat offered us an intuitive and reliable platform that has streamlined our school administration effortlessly. With features that support everything from student data management to real-time communication, it simplifies tasks that previously took up valuable time.

Negative: While OpenEduCat offers a wide range of helpful features, there are some areas that could be improved. The initial setup can be somewhat time-consuming, especially for schools with a large amount of data to import.

Summary: Invoicing, tracking, service reminder, staff management, accounting, access to info from wherever you are, accessible to all staff, SMS feature, email feature, mobile feature and more.

Positive: It's easy and simple to use, essential for all workshop staff. The response rate to a question or a problem is speedy and effective. Signing up for the monthly subscription was right, as they constantly upgraded the features. They also take feedback seriously and try incorporating it where it makes sense.

Negative: I haven't found anything i dislike yet, as every time I complain about something or need help, they deal with it instantly.

Summary: It's fairly user friendly. I like that you can go back easily to past days to change attendance. Its easy to use to enter basic information. The more I use it the more user friendly I find it. Customer service has been very helpful in finding solutions. I am a frequent user so my knowledge is growing.

Positive: OpenEduCat has been a great system for my school. The system is intuitive and easy to learn and utilize. Hubhelp and OpenEduCat Space are very helpful, and the tech support is great. What I love most is the create a report feature. It is very helpful for pulling the data that I need and want. Our school previously used a different SIS and it was not easy for parents. OpenEduCat is a much better experience for staff and families.

Negative: There is nothing specific I don't like about OpenEduCat but one thing I wish they would add is to somehow integrate with our student management system HallPass. I believe there is a SchoolPass integration but other options would be great.

Summary: It is easy to access and provides a range of features that are beneficial and useful for everyone.

Positive: It provides a unified platform that is easily accessible and used institution-wide. It is very powerful and the customer support is wonderful. Our key departments use it daily.

Negative: There is not really much to dislike. Some users adjust a little slower than others, but once they get used to it, they quickly learn how valuable the system is.

Summary: OpenEduCat helps us manage everything in one place, from exam schedules to student records. It’s saved us both time and effort, allowing staff to focus more on students.

Positive: The best part is its simplicity. It automates key tasks like exam management and attendance, making things more efficient for our team. They also give support to their customers or clients.

Negative: The customization options could be more extensive, but it’s still a very capable system.

Summary: Keeping information up to date and accurate- parents/students can update their contact or address information, which is recorded in the changelog for anyone with sufficient access to see.

Positive: The integrations with other OpenEduCat software is one of the best features, as well as the secure cloud based platform. The API and analytics features are also a plus.

Negative: There are some structural issues within the program that are not helpful, but OpenEduCat is actively trying to address them and make the system more user friendly.

Summary: It helps me communicate lesson plans, learning goals, success criteria, and assessments. Through it, i can communicate with staff, student, parents and whole school.

Positive: The design is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
The fees and report formats are simple to navigate.
It is highly intuitive and easy to manage.

Negative: We request OpenEduCat developers for more upgrade to ease operation.
