Summary: For what its designed to do, its an effective tool that is used almost ubiquitously throughout college campuses. That probably won't be changing any time soon.

Positive: Active tracking of assignments and deadlines is easy to do. All of my classes were consolidated in a single web portal, so I could access assignments and documents from any location, even my smart phone. I think that the forum options are the most useful as a tool for class discussion.

Negative: The user interface can be buggy, and often experiences formatting errors and update delays. It is not particularly intuitive organizationally, but that could have to do with the way it was set up.

Summary: Keeping all resources for classes organized and easily accessible and the same for keeping all curriculum support organized and easily accessible.

Positive: We use this in 2 ways: first we use it for individual classes. Teachers can provide lesson resources and lesson activities in an organized manner. Students can access these resources at all times and it is very easy for the teachers to upload, organize, and save everything. As a teacher I use it at least weekly for my classes especially for longer assignments or providing additional resources for students.

We also use it for professional support. My school district uses it to share the curriculum resources (daily lessons, assessment blueprints, year and unit plans, etc) with all the teachers. It is also easy to organize and access the previous year's curriculum in the same group.

Negative: Some of the outside resources do not integrate seamlessly.

Summary: OpenEduCat has helped take the students that had spent a year attending school virtually and transition to a technology-based classroom. I have found a place where grades are automatically uploaded, notes are easy to access, and students can confidently navigate

Positive: OpenEduCat was intuitive enough to set up a classroom without having to read a user guide. I appreciated the ability to color-code folders so that students and I could easily ascertain which folder I needed in a unit.

Negative: One downside of OpenEduCat is that it does take a while to get familiar with. I had to attend various meetings, watch youtube videos, and speak with many teachers to feel confident on the LMS. However, after doing so, I used some really neat tricks that I use every day!

Summary: It is like a powerpoint only that better. My students can go over the lesson that we have previously studied and strengthen and sharpen their skills.

Positive: You can upload a wide variety of materials, including documents, videos, and resources, and share them with your students at any time, making learning more accessible and convenient for everyone.

Negative: I cannot think of a downside. Everything is everything I can long for.

Summary: OpenEduCat is very easy to implement, adapting resources and materials we already have, it just elevates our instruction providing fun activities for students. Very user friendly, webinars and training videos help put together quick and effective lessons.

Positive: Quick easy assessments that we can use as formative data to guide the instruction. It also helps with documentation for Special Ed, etc.

Negative: A way to connect with our gradebook and the option to have classes for departmentalized teachers.

Summary: Openeducat is our training platform. It allows us to pull in employee data via file feed easily, deliver training efficiently, and provide training data for metrics. We use it for HR, EHS and operations training in a manufacturing setting.

Summary: This Software is absolutely amazing, it allows us to automate fee collection, easily mark attendance and create a time table. it is quite cheaper and offers all the needed services. we are very glad to use this software

Positive: I am so glad that our school switched to OpenEduCat some months ago. The system is very user-friendly and simple to use. I love being able to create and save note templates so that I can more quickly respond to inquiries.

Negative: I wish there is a way (maybe there is!) to send the same note to a large group of inquiries at once, where the note is then automatically recorded under each individual students Internal Notes.
