Open Contract Manager (OCM) Description

Alfresco-based Open Contract Manager is a workflow-centered Open Source contract management system that allows organizations to review, approve, monitor, and execute contracts. It can be run on Cloud (Alfresco’s user based pricing model), or on-premise (Alfresco EE) and offers flexibility and scalability as per the business's needs. A custom Contract Management & Procurement solution was developed for a major bank in Singapore. It enables them to improve their operational efficiency by integrating tax & legal systems from more than five Asian countries. This system also supports 3 languages and reduces total cost of ownership by 70% compared to proprietary technology-based solutions. An automated tool was used to migrate over 5000 legacy contracts.
