Summary: If you aren't using a scheduling solution, you really need to reconsider it. No more "When are you free for a meeting" emails - yay! Folks who book with you appreciate the instant, self-service scheduling, and you have less email in your inbox. The annual subscription is an investment, but it really does pay for itself in the time gained back.
Positive: ScheduleOnce has saved our office so much time. I have 20+ meetings per week, and our office schedules 50+ appointments each week - ScheduleOnce has replaced the manual process of scheduling, making it easy and simple to make, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments instantly. ScheduleOnce also integrates with video conferencing software, so virtual locations are automatically generated as appointments are confirmed. ScheduleOnce syncs with your calendar (or you can use it without syncing to a calendar), has customizable booking forms and sends customized confirmation and reminder emails. ScheduleOnce also comes with InviteOnce, which I have not used.
Negative: It's a bit tedious to set up the calendars and appointment types in ScheduleOnce, but this is the case with any calendaring solution. The investment in time really pays off. You can re-use event templates, booking forms, etc. The reporting on booked appointments is lacking. For example, if I'm booking 20 appointments in one day, there isn't a way to run a quick report that shows all 20 appointments in an Excel file. The event bookings do show up in an activity feed and search, which can both be filtered, and, if your calendar is synched, will appear on the calendar.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SCHEDULEONCE Date: May 19 2020
Summary: They also let you bring that data over into other software through Zapier. That is where the goodness stopped though because they don't just connect to Zapier like other software products do, they charge you an ASTRONOMICAL FEE! Actually, that should have been an indicator, because I soon learned they charge you WAY TOO MUCH for everything that you add on. The initial 190 a year for 1 Professional User license with 2 Booking page licenses was higher than most. But then they charged 100 just for the privilege of a ZAPIER CONNECTION - that's right, just for the privilege of USING Zapier with THEIR SOFTWARE you have to cough up 100 a year. That's ridiculous. They set up their software so you cannot directly link to a SPECIFIC type of appointment - you can only link to a booking page. So guess what, you have to PURCHASE a booking page for each different type of appointment. Once I got up to 430.00
a year, I started checking around and found Acuity, which I love. It was SUPER easy to set up, and WAY cheaper. To add insult to injury, I made the colossal mistake of paying for a year in advance. BIG mistake. Even though I have five months left before it renews they would not prorate a refund - I'm just out the money for services I have not used. To me, that is the WORST POSSIBLE customer service ever - RUN don't walk away from using this software.Positive: ScheduleOnce sadly is a company that started with a great concept. I used them because at the time, they were one of the very few software products that helped you manage a business calendar that would let you integrate a form and require the customer to fill it out, something I felt at the time was important to my business. They also let you bring that data over into other software through Zapier.
