Summary: OnArrival is a fantastic addition to Cvent. I recommend using OnArrival for all of your larger events to expedite check in.

Positive: Check-in is quick and easy with OnArrival. I could not recommend it enough. Attendees also enjoy the experience.

Negative: The only con is the price of use and potential technology issues.

Positive: I like that it can be contactless/touchless, integrated with registration, register walk ins, take payment, multiple kiosks keep crowd moving.

Negative: Glitchy, have to uninstall and reinstall between uses.

Summary: Our experience has been great with OnArrival. We have used it for years now and will continue to do do so. We get positive feedback from attendees regularly for our use of the the tool.

Positive: OnArrival helps with managing the day of operations for our events. It provides an exceptional user experience for everyone to check in with a kiosk, adjust and review their badge, and record their attendance to get accurate CPE credits.

Negative: No negatives related to OnArrival. Recommend purchasing as a bundle from Cvent rather than buying components separately.

Summary: Easy, affordable, user friendly so others can be independent and do it themselves. All positives in my book.

Positive: Very user friendly for an account user. Easy to get through and fast. The support given on OnArrival is exceptional!

Negative: To print in color as a basic package would be nice.

Summary: My experience overall with the Cvent OnArrival product has been excellent. I like how OnArrival makes on-site check in with badge printing easy.

Negative: The cons for OnArrival:
Having to use the Cvent project management when using OnArrival. The issue is that we already provide project management for our clients, they pay for our services and then the client has to pay Cvent for project management as well.

Summary: Overall, this technology has improved our events and made us look more buttoned up to our event attendees. The system is easy once set up correctly. We have used for 5 years now and will continue to do so.

Positive: Makes check in quick and easy.
Easy to register walk ins and/or update registered guests before printing the badge.
Attendees love the experience.
Love the fact you can do contactless/touchless.
Multiple kiosks and printers keep the crowd / lines moving.

Negative: Glitchy - sometimes router goes out and have to reset.
Printers get jammed frequently and have to reset.
Price is a little high when you have to purchase license, hardware and badge stock for every event.

Summary: Had a very good experience using this feature to track attendance, badge printing and API integration.

Positive: 1. Easy to use
2. Tracking Event attendance is a free version with Cvent registration
3. Tracking attendance, badge printing and payment collection is a paid version
4. Real time attendance reports and API data.

Negative: No cons report, the tool work as per the promised features.
