    Summary: Overall, this technology has improved our events and made us look more buttoned up to our event attendees. The system is easy once set up correctly. We have used for 5 years now and will continue to do so.

    Positive: Makes check in quick and easy.
    Easy to register walk ins and/or update registered guests before printing the badge.
    Attendees love the experience.
    Love the fact you can do contactless/touchless.
    Multiple kiosks and printers keep the crowd / lines moving.

    Negative: Glitchy - sometimes router goes out and have to reset.
    Printers get jammed frequently and have to reset.
    Price is a little high when you have to purchase license, hardware and badge stock for every event.
