Summary: We switched to this platform from another chat tool since they had more features / launch new features and have an intuitive AI system. Would recommend, but setup can take time, but once it's organized it runs itself pretty well.
Positive: They are continuously launching new features and are good about sharing thoughtware or latest trends to use their tool to drive incremental business. Their AI to analyze or make recommendations based upon customer chats is pretty good, to remove redundant work.
Negative: Backend interface at times can feel a bit clunky / less slick than I'd like.
