OGP TurnCheck Description
TurnCheck is a fast and easy-to-use software that focuses on what you are trying to measure, rather than how it should be measured. Automatic feature extraction instantly finds and measures all parts features in a single scanning. You can easily view all basic shaft dimensions in one image. Rotational scans are available for runout and form measurements, providing plots that allow you to visualize the results. Pre-programmed components are automatically rotated to allow for intelligent and fast one-touch measurements. A large number of common thread types are included in an integrated thread library for easy thread analysis. Results such as pitch, major/minor size and more can be obtained quickly. Data points can be compared to a DXF including 2D GD&T. Additional data points can also be output into optional SmartProfile®, software for advanced GD&T and 3D analysis.
