Calibration Control
Calibration Control (CC), is used for maintenance, calibration, and general asset management. You can quickly and visually track equipment that needs calibration or maintenance using customizable highlighted grids or auto emails. Audit trails are maintained to track equipment traceability, people and companies, as well as attachments, certificates, and other information.
Automate calibration control with custom or default barcode labels scannable by time-saver dialogs to increase speed. You can create custom reports or modify existing ones using the Report Designer.
CC is used by ISO, FDA, and ANSI quality systems to maintain compliance and communicate that compliance to auditors or internal customers. Although CC was developed in a manufacturing environment, it can also be used in other industries such as Metrology Services, Health Care, Aviation/Aerospace, Mining, Testing, Maintenance, Designer Engineering, Oil Wells, Distribution, Packaging, among others.

Verisurf
Manufacturers are now more demanding than ever about reporting, traceability and continuity of data. Intelligent 3D CAD is now the standard in manufacturing. They continue the digital thread through the entire manufacturing process. Verisurf software allows you to see the difference in real-time between the nominal CAD and the finished machine parts. Ideal for a quick, in-process inspection of a first article or an automated production inspection to improve your manufacturing enterprise. Setup of inspection plans can be reduced from hours to minutes, with little or no learning curve. Click-and-build visual interface allows you to use any CMM. Automate quality processes by creating repeatable measurement plans that can be used with any CMM, whether it is portable, manual or programable. Identify deviations and tolerance conditions in measured parts compared to nominal CAD with a premium user interface. With intelligent MBD, you can inspect drawings or CAD models and directly measure primitive features or complex profile.

OGP Elements
Elements®, a 2D CAD-based software for metrology, is ideal for measuring parts that have a high feature density. It can create measurement routines from 2D CAD data with ease. It then optimizes measurement paths automatically to ensure that data is collected as quickly as possible. Elements' advantage is its ability to handle large numbers of discrete features efficiently and quickly. CAD formats that can be imported include DXF and Gerber as well as CSV locations lists. The advanced review mode allows users to inspect specific features in real-time after a run is completed. The coarse alignment feature allows for the positioning of finders in real-time to be updated for more accurate measurements. The built-in analysis tools make it easy to analyze large data trends. These tools include scatter plots and histograms for dimensional values as well as whisker plots that show deviations from nominal. Evaluate your measurements and recommend the best solution for your needs.

Renishaw MODUS
Renishaw's MODUS provides a powerful platform to measure 5-axis. A configurable interface allows native DMIS to be developed off-line, drawing geometry, embedded measurements, and tolerance data directly from CAD. Full simulation is also possible. The software contains algorithms that are certified for feature measurement, feature creation, and part alignment. The software allows offline creation of programs directly from CAD, with on-screen probe paths verification. The CMM environment, fixture, and location of the part can be defined to enable full simulation of 5-axis measurements programs. This reduces CMM downtime, as the programs are ready to run when they arrive at the machine. MODUS has a wide range of reporting capabilities, including CMM text reports that can be formatted in any way you like. Graphical reporting allows results to be displayed on the CAD model. This includes whisker charts or 3-D form plotting.
