ODOP:Spring Description

More than a Spring Calculator. ODOP:Spring uses the problem-independent Open Design Optimization platform (ODOP) software to design spring designs. It solves complex spring application requirements in mechanical engineering, machine design. Most coil spring calculators require that users input values manually, such as coil diameter, wire length, and number of coils, and then re-analyze the results until they reach an acceptable solution.
