Our customers can store unlimited contracts with the Ntracts Contract Management Solution. Each contract record can be easily viewed for details, files associated with the contract, parties to an agreement, and participants. Different types of contracts can be captured by different Ntracts. This data can be searched and reported within the system. If you have information that is unique about a lease and you would like to report it, you can define it and collect the data. Ntracts can store different versions of the data, so you can go back and see the details of a compensation arrangement from 2 years ago. You may need different files from different entities depending on your standards. You can define any file/document you need, whether it's proof of insurance, an SOC 2 report or a form credential.
