Summary: I converted from another online bank and I wish I had done Novo first, set up was quick and easy and I’ve literally had no issues with my account. Seamless.
Positive: I love that everything is done online and they refund all ATM fees. It makes it easy to do business without worrying about the drama of fees. I also love the different buckets you can separate your funds into. Did I mention it’s free? That’s the biggest kicker.
Negative: If you have them mail a check on your behalf it takes quite a while. We rarely use checks so it’s ok but that process could be sped up.
