    Positive: I totally recommend NoteBurner. I used it for a year and forgot to renew my annual subscription, even after getting a reminder email. A few months later, I realized my mistake and emailed them. They replied within a day and gave me a new code, which I really appreciated. Plus, the interface to download music for our family games from YouTube is super easy and seamless.

    Negative: If it can tell the audio quality before downloading, that will be great.
