Absolutely terrible Date: Apr 18 2023
Summary: The worst experience I have ever had. I can't express how disappointed I am. I hope no one ever pays for this garbage.
Positive: Nothing is good about this product. Every day is a nightmare and fills me with regret. I won't ever use this again.
Negative: Terrible customer service, too expensive, zero regard for quality. I have been waiting to access my server for almost a week straight and receiving nothing but "cannot retrieve server addresses". I tried to contact support and I get nothing but generic responses. What a joke of a company. Never using them again.

Bad Servers/No Service Date: Feb 14 2023
Summary: Awful, insulting and irritating service for an inferior product Support team will close tickets without engaging them, marked as solved. They will also suggest upgrading ram has no effect on your server. Their employees are incompetent and childish and will insult your intelligence, lead you on, and lie to get every nickel they can.
Positive: I enjoyed how calmly Nitrado representatives would lie to me as they would say they are shutting down/moving/troubleshooting my server as it sits running at 300+ ping in the same location for 90 days.
Negative: Servers would often be unresponsive on initial instillation, over 3+ years time. High latencies, corruption rampant. Customer service will tell you they are reinstalling/moving/troubleshooting a server and nothing is being done. Customer service will argue with you, be rude, and lie. Have wasted good money sitting on servers waiting for assistance on 300+ ping servers. Downtimes and errors are a common occurrence, and compensation is never given.

My Nitrado experience Date: Sep 10 2022
Summary: Not gonna do business with Nitrado again. Literally the worst game hosting I have ever seen that not just ignores support ticket but deletes them without any action
Positive: None. their pricing is ok but I can find cheaper and more stable servers elsewhere.
Negative: Just bought their Rust server and we, players of 4 were having a really bad time being disconnected randomly and the server crashed like every 30 minutes.

Their support center didn't bother to reply until now.
Joined their Discord server and they deleted my support ticket just like that. I wrote in the Discord ticket that I'm getting disconnected every 30 minutes and gave them my server ID and URL in a really good manner but they didn't even explain what I can do or take any action. They deleted the ticket straightaway. Real professional.
STAY AWAY FROM NITRADO AT ALL COSTS. -

The worst customer service experience ever Date: May 04 2022
Summary: The experience with Nitrado's customer support was horrific customer service and completely unhelpful. Our server was brought down multiple times over multiple days unexpectedly through a fully server-side initiated save and shut down, not a crash. I proved through the logs that the server did not crash, the technician refused to believe this and insisted on the issue being with the discord bot. All the modified dates of every file on the server was reset to the current time of the shutdown. This leads me to believe the server was shutdown with no notice to copy our files from one machine to another, interrupting our service with no notice. this is poor business practice and caused detrimental effects to our playerbase.
When asked to escalate to a supervisor on the phone, the technician refused and insisted that there were no managers in the call center. When pressed, he said he would check if his supervisor would take the call and then proceeded to tell me that they refused to take the call and we would have to wait 2 business days to hear from the development team, which the ticket was never actually escalated to, and the technician continued to insist on the issue being our mods. The technician was unprofessional, lazy and refused to give any help beyond blaming our mods, which worked without issue on our local server and our previous host.
He also claimed there are no surveys to give feedback on about the customer's experience with support. In my 8 years working at call centers, I've never seen a technical support call center not have a survey to fill out. After this experience, I reached out to support to file a formal complaint on this technician, this was never done despite being assured it was. I posted on Nitrado's forums of this experience only to have my forum account banned for speaking out about their customer service with no reason being given to why I was banned. I had to reach out to a volunteer moderator to find out any information, which they let me know that the reason the account was banned was because complaints need to be directed through support tickets or calling support, which was the whole problem to begin with.
To any managers that read this, I am extremely dissatisfied with my entire experience with Nitrado as we paid double over our previous host and received worse performance, worse customer service and no tools to monitor our server at all. I do not recommend renting servers with Nitrado.Positive: Nothing. There was not a single positive comment to make about this service that I could legitimately think of.
Negative: Terrible performance, customer service and price. They are double the price of our last host, they didn't respond to a ticket in over 3 days despite 24hr turn around time and had to reach out via phone support just to talk to someone and I wish I had never talked to the technician that answered the phone.

Poor customer support Date: Jan 04 2024
Summary: I used this website for my PZ server, at first 4 days, not gonna get into challenges of running a server with them..
I have decided to extend the server for 30 more days, and I am trying to charge my account now, error codes are coming up even though I am pretty sure I am doing everything correctly, I am trying to contact support via ticket, but ticket also runs error code, I am simply unable to get in touch with anyone from support, joined their disord, same thing there, I am unable to create ticket there either, guys seriously, I am a paying customer who is fine with your product and I just need simple assistance with payment.
Crazy that you can't get in touch with them while YOU are paying them, I don't want to imagine what its going to be like when I will have a legitimate problem that would need some solving.Positive: Not enough experience with the website yet.
