Summary: NewWayService being Web-based, it dit not add weight on our IT. The managers are in charge of the content and have all the data required to make their job easier.
Positive: Reporting features and dashboard are great follow-up tools.
Easy to use for employees, they are up ans running in no time
Implementation is strait forward.Negative: It took some time to set up since we have a lot of data, but it would have been the same for other software.

Summary: Even after 5 years, we still love using this software for our ticketing. We are not using all the features. Thanks OroLogic.

Summary: We are using NewWaySERVICE since 2019 and don't regret it. We got help from their technical support department when we needed it. Yes, we would still recommend it.
Positive: The software is quite well-structured and intuitive. It's not too complicated to understand. We did not need anyone to teach us.
Negative: Finally, maybe one or two things in the program are a little more abstract but nothing more. No other drawbacks encountered.

Summary: The software is good and the company has been around for a long time now. Reliable and efficient, worth the price. I recommend it.
Positive: Very good software. We started using version 3 long time ago :-) and followed the evolution of the software. Now using the online version. More fields that we can adapt to our needs, we use many so we like this possibility a lot. Support is fast, price is fair for a software with so many features.
Negative: The look is a bit dull compared to the Windows version but almost all software looks like this now. At first I kinda missed the help button that took us straight to the help file but over time, I don't need any help now. :-)

Summary: This software was pretty quick to set up even for non-technical people like us. No major problems encountered.
Positive: Customizable enough to fit our exhibit and salon business. We can also use it to maintain technical questionnaires.
Negative: The user manual is a bit long. Cannot add multiple items at the same time.

Summary: We are now fully functional with this system and we did well to choose it. We would recommend this system to other companies like us.
Positive: We like the fact that employees can see the jobs on their phone and that when they have finished the job the system tells us.
Negative: It would be nice if the system would allow us to give access to our customers to the knowledge base articles as well instead of sending them in pdf.

Summary: We started using this app over a year ago. Everything is going well so far and our contacts with the company are quick and courteous.
Positive: The API is versatile enough. We can upload a lot of files such as spec sheets and pictures in equipment records. It has become our internal central database to store information about equipment we produce or service.
Negative: Nothing really unpleasant except for a few things in the software. We have proposed improvements to them to facilitate our use.

Summary: I would say that we are very satisfied with the software. We have never had a problem to work with this program.
Positive: We like to use NewWaySERVICE because we get updates in real time as soon as our technicians mark a job as finished. We also like emails sent automatically to customers when the job is done.
Negative: It could be convenient to be able to upload larger files such as video. We upload several photos for now.

Summary: We are happy with our decision. We recommend it for other installers. We use it in our sister company too.
Positive: We receive a lot of requests every day and this software allows us to track them quite easily. Our five installers just bring their phones to see the work to be done and we receive an email when they complete the job.
Negative: Hard to see displayed information sometime with older smartphones.

Summary: It was easy to setup. We did not had to spend lot of time learning it. We did not even had to look at the documentation. We like the program.
Positive: We were able to start using this program without any setup. We can create our list of customers as we enter their service requests. We can take several pictures for each work order. We can see history of requests and photos.
Negative: There are not too many cons since they helped me when I contacted them. You need a working internet connection.

Summary: I just love this program and we could no longer do without it. Our employees are also satisfied to use this software.
Positive: Clean user interface. Everything is located at the right place so it is easy to navigate through the software. We also like that the screen size adjusts itself when we connect with our smartphone or even the tablet sometime.
Finally, as I wrote in the subject, when we contact the support team, we get a fast and a smart answer on the first request. We do not have to wait days that our request escalade to higher levels. We get the correct answer the same day.Negative: We are long time users. With the Windows version, the user interface was not so impressive. However, with the web version, it is now really easy to navigate the software.

Summary: I recommend this software. Being a developing fire extinguisher maintenance company, this app helps us a lot in managing our work and our time. I wouldn't do without it.
Positive: Easy to configure, easy to use, versatile. This service software fully meets our needs. The support team is efficient and fast.
Negative: Custom fields cannot be assigned to equipment groups. A bit pricey, but I haven't found any other software as effective.
