It recognizes employees, contractors, partners, machines, delegated agents, and autonomous workloads as primary identities within a singular framework. The Identity Security component fortifies trust associated with access using features such as single sign-on, passkeys, phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication, secure token signing, strength scoring for authenticators, and policies that are aware of security measures. Utilizing a Secure Split Key mechanism, it divides the signing authority between NewCore’s cloud infrastructure and the customer's own environment, ensuring that neither entity can independently sign a valid token. Furthermore, the Identity Discovery feature creates a comprehensive live graph that encompasses humans, agents, accounts, applications, authenticators, sessions, and access pathways, thereby illuminating shadow accounts, orphaned credentials, and unmanaged agents, which can pose security risks.
