Netclues Gratuity Payroll System Description
According to a recent survey, employee satisfaction was rated as one of the top reasons for employees to leave or stay at certain companies. A web-based, fully comprehensive payroll system and gratuity system allows for the allocation of funds to be automated with minimal human involvement. This is particularly true for restaurants, since they don't usually have a dedicated payroll or HR department that looks into this. Netclues has recognized the need for a system like this for restaurants and cafés. We have developed a multipoint, hourly/weekly and monthly-based system that will automate this process. The system is dynamic and can integrate seamlessly with Aloha POS and Aires. The system can be customized to meet the needs of the client. It is web-based and allows for the management of the payroll and gratuity systems on the fly.
