    Poor customer service

    Summary: Overall our experience with the company itself was very poor. The customer service is non existent.

    Positive: The product was far too complicated and was therefore not used. Unfortunately it requires you to set up a subscription….don’t!

    Negative: Tried to cancel the subscription on the renewal date as the service was no longer required. Made three attempts to contact customer service with no response. Could not recommend. Avoid.
