Summary: I've been successfully managing and nurturing my clients with NOVACRM. It gives me comprehensive campaign performance analytics and lets me send emails in bulk. By removing the requirement for a designer thanks to the social media flyer and email template, the platform has drastically decreased my marketing costs. I've also been able to draw in a lot of customers thanks to its lead generation services. The platform is even more beneficial to my company because of the first-rate training and assistance offered.

Negative: Although this feature is anticipated to be enabled in February, the absence of IDX integration is a disadvantage. The effectiveness of the integration when it is put into practice is still unknown.

Positive: NOVACRM is an extremely user-friendly application. I particularly appreciate its user interface, which allows me to manage and create personalized campaigns for each type of lead with ease.
One of the most significant problems that NOVA solved was the hassle of creating social media creatives and writing captions, as NOVA is providing everything with just a click.

Negative: Basic features are pretty user friendly, but it might take some time to get hold of advance functionality like automation.

Summary: Everything under one tree, simple and smart. Many features like smart list, batch texts, email templates, social media creatives are unique. IDX should be added, discussed with the customer support team, and they have informed me that it will be available at the earliest.

Summary: NOVACRM is one of the best CRM I have used. It is far superior to its competitors Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot etc. It's easier to use, it looks better, and it costs less or approximately the same.

For a Real Estate CRM, it functions perfectly.

Positive: It has multiple features from Batch text, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, automation and more, It is easy to use, I use it almost daily for social media and you can integrate it as well

Negative: Nothing as of yet on CRM, certain features are advanced but once you get a hang of it, it gets really easy

Positive: It is very easy to use and has all the different integrations and services under one CRM which makes it best to use! Also, one of the most affordable CRM platforms across North America.

Negative: There are isn't any cons as such but it would be great if the AI would be available for use as soon as possible! Waiting for a long time.
